The second album by the Torinese One and Fivededicated entirely to Renaissance a cappella music, including the 'Inno del Congedo' - composed by Marco Andrioletti and Gianfranco Montalto.
Re-release of the second album by the Torinese One and Five, with revamped graphics and a new unpublished track - 'Inno del Congedo' - composed by Marco Andrioletti and Gianfranco Montalto, two members of the vocal group. The album contains 16th century songs from the musical traditions of Italy, France, Germany, England and Spain, re-proposed with great musical sensitivity in a modern vocal interpretation determined by the desire to tackle the 16th century repertoire with new sounds. It is an artistic choice that differs from the traditional canons of Renaissance singing, motivated by the desire to introduce the wider public to what was the pop genre in Europe 500 years ago. The song 'Tourdion' was chosen in 2007 as the music for the TV commercial 'Il Codice Leonardo' by Il Sole 24 Ore.
